ICBC Members attend a six-hour workshop quarterly. ICBC 100+ Members attend a 1.5-hour workshop monthly. The workshops, led by Wayne Einhorn, are designed around the 7 Core Competencies© and Real Estate Broker Operating System.
In these workshops, you’ll engage in breakout sessions, meeting other professionals to help brainstorm solutions to common problems.

MONTHLY RECRUITING CLUB

During the two-hour monthly recruiting club meeting, we focus on innovative and effective strategies to recruit agents quickly and efficiently. These meetings combine powerful content with roundtable discussions among peers and are open to brokers and their managers.

What will I learn?
The Inner Circle Broker Coaching Program combines over 50 years of brokerage coaching experience. We've helped thousands of brokers generate tens of millions of dollars in extra profit. The workshop curriculum will cover seven business areas as defined by the 7 Core Competencies for building a successful brokerage. Members can expect to learn and implement strategies in running a best practice brokerage which serves the owner's needs and objectives.
WHAT'S THE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE OPERATiNG SYSTEM ?
The OS is a full-scale backend operating system allowing owners and managers of a real estate brokerage to plan, track and manage all the backend processes required to be profitable in the real estate business. It provides dozens of e-learning videos, Real Estate Brokerage Wizards and instructional tools to easily implement each of the 7 Core Competencies. This cutting-edge tool was first introduced in 2010 and has been upgraded annually to be a system that no broker should be without.
How often do we meet?
There are two components to any successful coaching program. First, intellectual property – a great coaching program, no matter what area of coaching, must have the best intellectual property. Second, is accountability that drives implementation. We have workshops regularly (Inner Circle Broker Coaching every quarter for 6 hours and Inner Circle Broker Coaching 100+ monthly for 2 hours) to learn the most up-to-date information on how to be a successful real estate broker. Along with the workshops, you will have monthly implementation calls with your coach. The purpose of the coaching calls is to ensure you have what you need to implement the content learned at the workshops.
Can I access my coach anytime?
The Inner Circle Broker Coaching Programs are delivered by your Head Coach and followed up with monthly calls from your Program Coach. In addition, the ReB Operating System Implementation is simple, robust, user-friendly, and accessible at any time. We understand that from time to time emergencies or urgent business problems arise and may require immediate attention and guidance. For that reason, your Program Coach and Member Services Representative are available at any time to solve these urgent requests.
